Accomplished HSE practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He holds several certifications including EAL Assessor qualification, EAL internal verifier, training skills by City & Guilds, NEBOSH qualifications, and various HSE certifications. Elsafi delivers a wide variety of HSE courses such as first aid, incident investigation, job hazard analysis, permit to work signatory, gas testing, confined space entry, initial fire response, and HSE awareness.

A seasoned HSE and EAL Assessor Trainer with over 11 Years in delivering Training program and 20 years in marine operations. Unnikrishnan is a Graduate member of IOSH(GRAD IOSH) and has Executive MBA in Health and Safety management, Bachelor’s degree in Fire and safety, Nebosh IDip in Occupational Health and safety, NEBOSH National Diploma in Environmental Management, NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and gas Operational safety, Preparing to Teach Lifelong Learning Sector(PTLLS), OPITO Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer(IQA), Cert in Nuclear Biological Chemical and damage Control including Fire Fighting, Cert in Leadership. Apart from marine operations Unnikrishnan had been part of various Oil and gas, Civil mega projects such as Singapore refining Company (SRC) Clean Fuel project Jurong island Singapore, Fountain view mixed-used sky scrapper development downtown Dubai, Barzan onshore Gas Project Raslafan Qatar and currently Unnikrishnan is involved in delivering PDO and non-pdo courses in the interiors of Oman. Unnikrishnan was part of training team in achieving 10 million training manhours in Barzan onshore gas project in Qatar.
